Scrap Yard Environmental Measures
We are fully committed to ensuring that our facilities have zero impact on the environment.
Listed below are some of the measures we have taken to ensure this.
- Our whole yard has now been fully sealed in concrete; and
- A comprehensive system of drains and catch basins has been installed throughout
our facility and this directs all run off to in ground tanks which separate oil and water.

R M Supplies are also authorised by SEPA to sell PRN's (Packaging Return Notes)
to those who cannot generate enough of their own.
Important Note: A recent environmental impact survey was recently completed on the
surrounding bay at Inverkeithing. This showed zero signs of contamination despite the many
years of intensive scrap metal processing for which RM Supplies has been responsible.
